⁴⁴ Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

Dr. David Guzik says: 

c. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect: We must not escape the emphasis. We must be ready, because His coming for us is without warning. Jesus follows with a few parables to drive home this point.

i. “Suetonius tells us that it was a piece of Julius Caesar’s policy never to fore-acquaint his soldiers of any set time of removal or onset, that he might ever have them in readiness to draw forth whithersoever he would.” (Trapp)

LARRY REID OF LARRY REID LIVE SAYS:  Everything [Manasseh Jordan] discussed in this video he experienced it at the hand of Bishop T.D. Jakes, and he told me it was Bishop T.D. Jakes. This is not the only situation or the only person that has a testimony or story like this. For Manasseh, it was grooming and the grooming was excessive, manipulative, and he did confront Bishop Jakes about it and how he was handled. I was instrumental in getting Prophet Manasseh and his father Bernard E. Jordan back to talking. They were estranged at the time. He then began to get mentored by Prophet Hargrove. That mentorship started before him and his father was estranged. Then Hargrove died. Then “Benny Hinn” began to mentor Prophet Manasseh Jordan. For those of you who asked, he is not talking about “Benny Hinn.” He is talking about Bishop Jakes who he went to afterwards because then Manasseh was having to fight a whole lot of things in the media, which if you google you can find, and he sort of fell in the proverbial arms of Bishop T.D. Jakes. And when he did, instantly the grooming began. He wanted him to call him ‘Daddy.’ Now, mind you, Bishop Jakes can pick up the phone and call Bishop Jordan, but he wanted Manasseh to call him ‘Daddy.’ He began to question Mannaseh about what was his struggle? What did he like? Was he into men, or was he into women? If he was into men then what do you like about this? Was he into women . . . He began to get into . . . He was attracted to Mannaseh, plain and simple. And I don’t think there was anything wrong with that. But it was the way he went about it. Your sexual character is more important than your sexual preference. Bishop Jordan, right now, and his family is traumatized because for some of them this is the first time they heard it. The whole family is traumatized, but the whole family is going to be there for Manasseh cause he is not standing on his own.

The video also alleged that years ago Jakes slept with a former mentee, unidentified in the video, when he was a boy. The video claims that the boy’s parents were paid off to keep quiet but now the mentee plans to soon come forward.

Larry Reid, host of the show Larry Reid Live, claimed the groomed mentee is Prophet Manasseh Jordan in a recent YouTube video.

Jordan also posted a video discussing grooming in ministry settings and how 2024 will be a “year of exposure.” Jordan doesn’t mention Jakes in the video.

However, Reid claims that Jordan confided to the host that it was Jakes who groomed and assaulted the mentee.

The level of kindness that @prophetmanasseh is showing Bishop Jakes right now and has been showing him for about a decade speaks of his character. He still isn’t saying his name publicly but all of us who are in the gospel community that saw him with Jakes professionally and at his home knows he’s talking about him and NOT his other mentor Benny Hinn. I knew that Bishop Jakes’ blanket statement of everything being a lie wasn’t smart to do when there are people he’s harmed, wronged, and handled wrong. There are two more I know of personally and they are all being so gracious. Maybe they’ve received payment? Prophet Manessah Jordan is a multi millionaire so money wouldn’t work for him. If you do not want your husband to come and fix the problem, do not call him because, by nature, real men are fixers. If you want him to just show up, not do anything, and not fix the problem, he is not wired to do that. Number 2. Whyte tells wives if you cannot handle your business on the job you need to stay home and do the greatest job in the world and that is to be a wife to your husband and mother to your children. Your Pastor-Husband does not have the time to deal with the problems in his job as a pastor and possibly also on his secular job and deal with your problems too on your job. Number 3. The Pastor’s wife, Mrs. Waden, should be fired for calling her husband to her job to solve a problem. More people have been killed or put in jail over the silly-minded foolishness of a woman who tells her husband something he has nothing to do with. The pastor’s wife should have called the store manager or quit the job. Number 4. Wives, if you ever tell your husband a man on the job or anywhere else is disrespecting you, harassing you, hitting on you, or anything like that you must understand that a man was born jealous because his God is a jealous God, and the Bible says “Jealousy is the rage of a man.” So your husband is coming with the quickness, and somebody can be seriously injured or killed, including the wife, if the jealous husband suspects something happened between the wife and the Dude. Woman, you almost caused a man to get involuntarily baptized in a deep-fryer because Pastor Waden was not playing.

2. BIBLICALLY – 2 TIMOTHY 2:15: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
3. SOLIDLY – EPHESIANS 4:14: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
4. REVERENTLY – MATTHEW 10:28: And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
   
5. FAITHFULLY –  I CORINTHIANS 4:2 – Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
6. ENDURINGLY – 2 TIMOTHY2:3: “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
7. CHEERFULLY – JOHN 16:33: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
