Dear Danae, Danita, Daniel, Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danyel Ezekiel, Daniqua Grace, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

Glory be to God! We made it through another magnificent month of November, celebrating our favorite holiday—Thanksgiving — and, celebrating the birthday of the oldest child in our family—Daniella (Danni). As you can imagine, it has been one of the great joys of my life to write these Thanksgiving letters to you using the miracle of email. And I thank each of you as grown adult children for allowing your old Papa the privilege to communicate with you this way because, as grown adult children, you do not have to allow me the privilege to communicate with you. But as I am sure some of you did not like all that I shared with you, you showed the maturity and the grace to receive it as I taught you how to do that while you were living with me, and that is, as grown adult children, you can show the proper respect to your parents, in this case your father and listen to what they have to say, then go do what you want to do. That is what I did with my parents.

My loving Thanksgiving remembrance of you is us spending over thirty-one Novembers and Thanksgivings together. That is nearly half a lifetime. And thank God, including this year, we wrote a book for most of those thirty-one Novembers and Thanksgivings, and I hope that all of you will continue writing for the glory of God. And for those of you who have the talent to sketch, draw, and paint, continue to do so throughout your life for the glory of God. Goodbye to another great November, to another great Thanksgiving, and to another birthday for Danni, the child who started it all as far as us having great Thanksgivings down through the years. If you are born-again-saved, and still love the Lord, give the Lord a Praise offering right where you are, right now. Also, if the Lord would so lead you, please join me in having a little Thanksgiving, the third Thursday of each month, starting in January. Just get you a few turkey wings and or turkey legs or a few pounds of turkey breasts and a little green bean casserole and a little cranberry sauce and a little mashed potatoes with gravy, and give thanks to God.

My loving devotional “Text” is “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.” (Ephesians 6:18).

Children, pray always. Children, pray without ceasing. Children continue instant in prayer. God told us this over and over again for a reason. We are living in the “perilous” days that we need to do this more and more. As you know, November is the month we always kick off another Bible-reading campaign, but because we are still in the chronological Bible campaign with Danyelle’s faithful help, we are not going to kick off a new one. Please listen to the Bible reading we do here via the podcast, but also let us all set out to read the Bible all the way through between today and next Thanksgiving in our private reading for the glory of God and our own spiritual benefit. Children have faith in God and pursue great goals for the glory of God.

Dear Daniqua Grace, Danae, Danita, Daniel, Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danyel Ezekiel, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

I trust each of you is doing well in the Lord Jesus Christ by obeying the Lord Jesus Christ, who said, “If you love me keep my commandments.” I pray you will never forget the thousands of times we prayed and read the Bible together and the thousands of sermons you heard from the Word of God. I pray to God that you will not allow the devil and the devil’s WOKE people, be they family members or church members or so-called friends of the family, to brainwash you. Stand on the Word of God and the promises of God.

My loving Thanksgiving memory of you today is when we were facing tough times on a Friday, and I would pray and lead you all in prayer about something that needed to be done by Monday. Over the weekend, God heard our prayers and performed a miracle, and the problem was solved on Monday. I thank God for the thousands of answers to prayer, miracles, and deliverances God worked for us down through the years to get us all to where we are today. God can do the same for you if you trust in Him, obey Him, and pray to Him. Remember what Jesus Christ said: “Ask, and ye shall receive; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be open unto you.”

By the way, I shared with Daniqua, Danyel Ezekiel, and Danyelle that ever since I sent everyone the letter regarding Annabella Rockwell, and how she was delivered by her mom through a $300-a-day WOKE deprogrammer, I have not heard anything from Danyel Ezekiel — no devotionals, no articles, and no emails that help bring in income to the ministry. Please let me know whether or not he is all right. In addition to that, I have not heard back about the security code address for Facebook. As I have told Danyel Ezekiel in the past, this is not like him. Now, Danyel Ezekiel is no angel, but he is not going to do anything to hurt the ministry on purpose on his own. And he is not a Judas person like his mother and a few others in the family. Also, he is not going to just stop doing the things he has been doing without letting his father know ahead of time so that his father and the ministry will be prepared for that. That is not in him. That is not his character. Somebody else is leading him to do this because he is more gullible, like his mother and a few other people in the family, and is capable of taking the side of someone else against his father; but to just stop doing work to help the ministry abruptly on his own? No, that is not him. And everybody knows that is not him.

Dear Danyel Ezekiel, Daniqua Grace, Danae, Danita, Daniel, Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I pray and trust that each of you is doing well in God through Jesus Christ. Since all of you have sinned against God, confess your sins to God based upon what Jesus Christ did for you on the cross and by His grace and with His help repent of all your sins, for the Bible says “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

My loving Thanksgiving remembrance of you are the many libraries that played a major role in our lives: The Robert W. Woodruff Library, which is the main library for four major HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities). This was the main library that I used way before I met Meriqua Whyte. This is the area where I spent most of my time preaching and witnessing to people on all four campuses: Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark College, and Morris Brown College. This is the Library where I first read about Martin Luther King Jr. and Billy Graham and the Library where I started getting ideas about the books Letters to Young Black Men and Letters to Young Black Women. This Library is near where I was preaching in a building on Morehouse College campus, and I was preaching so hard, and because it was hot, I passed out and fell backward and hit my head on an object that was on the floor behind me. The hospital tested me for a brain tumor, and while I was in the Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, my Dad and Mom drove from Florida to see me. As you all know, while writing the book Letters to Young Black Men, I actually wrote the book from several historically black colleges such as Tuskegee University, Florida A&M, North Carolina A&T, Morehouse, and others. Other libraries that played a major role in our lives, even before you were born, and some after Danni and Daniel were born, but they were babies, are Yale University Law School Library, the Hartford Connecticut Public Library, and the (Barnes and Noble bookstore in Hartford, Connecticut, which is not a library, but as you know the Barnes and Noble bookstore, Books-a-Million bookstore and the Borders bookstore when they all were in existence played a major role in our lives as well). Other libraries include the Decatur City Public Library in Georgia. It was here that I first picked up a book on Christian writing. The first Library that Danni went to was the beautiful “airy” public library in Madison, Georgia. Once, she went with me to the University of Georgia library in Athens, Georgia, where she was born, and where I did some writing. The next main library was the Macon Public Library in Macon, Georgia. The next main library where most of you went was the Columbus Public Library in Georgia. The library where I rewrote most of the Letters to Young Black Men was the Columbus University Library. This is the library where when I came back home one day, after I told your mother to feed you all, and you all told me she did not feed you. Danni, Daniel, and Danita should be old enough to remember that day. After that, while we were in transition from Georgia to Texas, we spent some time in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. (This is where God worked a miracle and fed us manna from Heaven because we did not have any money, and Pizza Hut gave us free pizzas, and other places gave us free food as well). I wanted you all to continue to be homeschooled, so we visited the Fort Walton Beach public library quite a bit until we went from there to Dallas, Texas. Probably the two most pivotal libraries that propelled us to great works in writing after Danyelle was born were the Dallas Public Library, where Danita was always very concerned for the homeless people and always wanted me to give them some money when, in reality, I was praying for money for us to eat, and then, especially the Irving Public Library. Then, after that would be the Cleburne Public Library. All of these libraries contributed to all of our great writing production, but it was these last three that I mentioned where we really got on the launching pad and lifted off for the glory of God as a family.

My Thanksgiving devotional “Text” is Matthew 6:6: “But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.”

Children, the biggest key to your peace, joy, and happiness in life is to pray without ceasing.

Do not let people trap you into unhealthy relationships because you have a need to feel loved because you never received motherly love from Meriqua Whyte. It is not worth it, as you all know by now. Do not let anybody put pressure on you, especially woke homosexuals and woke lesbians. Somebody rise and tell the truth.

Practical Benefits of Using the Big Five Model of Personality in Organisations

Despite the existence of many personality models, a Five Factor Approach started gaining substantial popularity and prominence since around mid-1980s. You can take the Big 5 personality test for free on the Psyculator platform. Broadly, the Five Factor Approach is the belief that human personality can be organised by only five broad factors, typically labelled as Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism, which is sometimes called Emotional Stability (Block, 1995, 2001; John & Srivastava, 1999). These broad factors are associated with more specific personality characteristics (i.e. measuring a single aspect), often denoted as personality facets. The most popular framework here is the Five Factor Model (FFM; Costa & McCrae, 1992a), commonly referred to as Big Five, which includes 30 low-order personality facets (i.e. six facets per broad factor). For example, Neuroticism is associated with such personality facets as anxiety and anger; Conscientiousness measures self-discipline and planfulness; Agreeableness includes altruism and empathy; Extraversion is used to assess gregariousness and sociability; and Openness generally measures the extent to which someone is open to new experiences.

A substantial body of research has shown that personality can predict job performance. For example, Conscientiousness, the strongest personality predictor of job performance in a wide range of occupations demonstrated the following predictive correlates across a number of meta-analyses: .18 (Tett, Jackson, & Rothstein, 1991); .22 (Barrick & Mount,1991); .24 (Hurtz & Donovan,2000) .26 (Judge, Rodell, Klinger, Simon, & Crawford, 2013). In other words, Conscientiousness explained no more than 6.8 per cent of variance in job performance. While it might not look excessive, it is worth noting that after the IQ (known as the strongest predictor of job performance), the Big Five personality factors have the second strongest predictive power when it comes to job outcomes. It is important to note that personality has incremental predictive power over the IQ too. This means that a certain proportion of job performance that is explained by personality can no longer be explained by employees’ intellectual prowess.

Even more interesting is the whole body of research that shows that Personality can explain many critical organisational metrics other than job performance. For example, a large number of meta-analyses have shown that personality is still an important predictor job satisfaction (Judge, Heller, & Mount, 2002), burnout (Alarcon, Eschleman, & Bowling, 2009), absenteeism (Ones, Viswesvaran, & Schmidt, 2003; Salgado, 2002), presenteeism (Johns, 2010; Miraglia, & Johns, 2016), workplace accidents (Clarke & Robertson, 2005; Clarke & Robertson, 2008), organisational commitment (Meyer, Stanley, Herscovitch, & Topolnytsky, 2002), organisational justice (Cohen-Charash & Spector, 2001), and counter-productive workplace behaviour (Grijalva & Newman, 2015).

Other meta-analytic studies demonstrated the importance of personality assessments for predicting both positive and negative leadership styles (Bono & Judge, 2004; Eagly, Johannesen-Schmidt, & Van Engen, 2003). In terms of the latter, personality assessments are useful psychometric tools for identifying destructive leaders, whose actions have a negative impact on organisations (e.g. Babiak & Hare, 2006; Campbell, Hoffman, Campbell, & Marchisio, 2011; Mathieu, Hare, Jones, Babiak, & Neumann, 2013). That is, a growing body of organisational research has linked destructive leadership with workplace bullying (e.g. Boddy, 2005, 2010, 2015; Mattice & Spitzberg, 2007), with a recent study showing that in a US-based sample of working individuals, psychopathic and narcissistic leadership styles explained as much as 41 per cent and 25 per cent variance in workplace bullying, and up to 20 per cent variance in employee depression (Tokarev, Phillips, Hughes, & Irwing, 2017). This has substantial costs to the economy, as in the UK alone, organisational costs of workplace bullying were estimated to range from four to four and a half billion pounds per annum in the form of lost productivity and law-suits (Rayner, 1997; Sheehan, 1999). In fact, the problem of workplace bullying so persistent that Einarsen (1999) claimed that “Bullying at work … is a more crippling and devastating problem for employees than all other work-related stress put together” (p.2).

He said, “People are Disappointed With Me and Angry” With me, and he Admits “that my credibility with them is harmed by this, perhaps irreparably.”

He loves the gifts that God has given God-called, true, faithful pastors because the pastors God has placed in his life have been a tremendous blessing. Often times, pastors are multi-talented and multi-gifted, more so than prophets and evangelists because of their calling as general practitioners of the church. A true, God-called pastor will help you when you need help.
However, there are areas that all preachers need to stay out of. (A.) The Law (B.) Technology (C.) Politics (D.) Finances. WHY? Because they do not know what in the world they are doing. Even pastors have limitations. Stay in your lane and let other people who are gifted and are experts in these areas take care of these matters. You, pastor, should “give yourself to prayer and to the ministry of the Word,” and not “get entangled with the affairs of this life.”
The Southern Baptist Convention and the people involved in this sad case should forgive Pastor Bart Barber and tell him to let the lawyers deal with these matters, and he needs to stay in his pastoral lane.
