Separate From Woke, Evil People, and Have a Great New Year!

Dear Daniel, Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danyel Ezekiel, Daniqua Grace, Danae, Danita, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

I hope you all had a true Godly, Christ-honoring Christmas season and day as I did here. I am not going to say much today since Christmas has passed, and oh! what a wonderful time we had this year in the Lord as well. That is for those of us who truly are born-again-saved and know the Lord because as long as you are not sinning, you will always have joy, peace, and good cheer because you have the Lord and you are being obedient to the Lord. As you make your way to the early days of the New Year, I will leave you with this to contemplate, and that is, if you truly want to have a new year, you will have to SEPARATE from old, woke, evil family members, friends, church members, job mates, and schoolmates — anybody you know who is living an evil and sinful life contrary to God’s Word, and anybody who is trying to convince you to do the same and is trying to take you down with them. Here are two verses that I share with you to read and obey for your good:

2 Corinthians 6:17: “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.”

Ezra 6:21: “The sons of Israel who returned from exile and all those who had separated themselves from the impurity of the nations of the land to join them, to seek the Lord God of Israel, ate the Passover.”

MY END OF YEAR/BEGINNING OF THE YEAR DEVOTIONAL TEXT IS Hebrews 4:16: “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

Resolutions and Redemption

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” — Ephesians 2:8-9

It’s that time of year again! I’m talking about New Year’s resolutions, of course. It’s still December as I’m writing, but I guarantee that by the time you read this, I’ll already be asking myself what possessed me to come up with such grand, unattainable plans for the new year. (It seemed like a good idea at the time). Every year I tell myself it’ll finally be the year I keep all my resolutions. I mean, come on – how hard can it possibly be to finally set aside an hour for exercise each day, to stop consuming so much chocolate and coffee, and to never sleep for less than eight hours again?

Why are New Year’s resolutions so hard to keep? I don’t know, but it’s a lot like another area of life. Let me explain.

Before I became a Christian at the age of 17, I approached my life the same way I often approach New Year’s resolutions. I would try so hard to do the right things but I always ended up falling flat. I convinced myself that as long as I was the “good girl,” I’d be fine, so I tried really hard to live up to certain standards to please everyone, and hopefully God too. The problem, though, is that there’s nothing anyone can do in his or her own power to “earn” God’s favor.

As Ephesians 2:8 says, it’s by God’s grace that we are saved, not because of anything we could ever hope to attain or accomplish. God’s gift of His son Jesus Christ to save us from our sins through His death and resurrection is just that – a gift. Doing all the good, noble things in the world will never earn salvation, and like verse 9 says, nobody could ever think of boasting about such an undeserved gift.

Of course, the desire to do the right things is one result of making Jesus the Lord of your life, but we all continue to mess up because, after all, we are just sinners saved by grace. I still lose sight of it all sometimes and get caught up in the cycle of trying to “out-good” myself and others. This new year, however, in light of any New Year’s resolutions you may have made (or already broken), join me in remembering the assurance of one thing we never have to work to attain: God’s grace.

Intersecting Faith & Life: It’s hard to live up to New Year’s resolutions, but it’s impossible to earn God’s favor through good works or noble aspirations. This year, realize and thank God anew for the gift of His grace and salvation through Jesus.

WASHINGTON – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Friday that his country would not consider halting its war on Hamas, rejecting Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s call for “humanitarian pauses” to allow civilians out of the Gaza Strip.

Israel “refuses a temporary cease-fire that doesn’t include a return of our hostages,” Netanyahu told reporters, referring to the more than 200 people taken captive by terrorists during their Oct. 7 attack that killed more than 1,400 Israelis — including at least 33 Americans.

The prime minister spoke after a meeting with Blinken, during which America’s top diplomat urged Netanyahu to stop the conflict to minimize Palestinian civilian deaths as Israel pursues Hamas jihadists hiding among the population in Gaza.

“Humanitarian pauses … increase security for civilians and permit the more effective and sustained delivery of humanitarian assistance,” Blinken said during a press conference Friday morning. “We are focused on getting hostages back to their families and we believe a humanitarian pause could facilitate it.”

“That was an important area of discussion today with Israeli leaders — how, when and where these can be implemented, what work needs to happen, and what understandings must be reached,” he added.

But during his own press briefing shortly after, Netanyahu said his country would continue hitting the Gaza Strip with “all of its power.”

I trust each of you is doing well in the Lord Jesus Christ by obeying the Lord Jesus Christ, who said, “If you love me keep my commandments.” I pray you will never forget the thousands of times we prayed and read the Bible together and the thousands of sermons you heard from the Word of God. I pray to God that you will not allow the devil and the devil’s WOKE people, be they family members or church members or so-called friends of the family, to brainwash you. Stand on the Word of God and the promises of God.

My loving Thanksgiving memory of you today is when we were facing tough times on a Friday, and I would pray and lead you all in prayer about something that needed to be done by Monday. Over the weekend, God heard our prayers and performed a miracle, and the problem was solved on Monday. I thank God for the thousands of answers to prayer, miracles, and deliverances God worked for us down through the years to get us all to where we are today. God can do the same for you if you trust in Him, obey Him, and pray to Him. Remember what Jesus Christ said: “Ask, and ye shall receive; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be open unto you.”

By the way, I shared with Daniqua, Danyel Ezekiel, and Danyelle that ever since I sent everyone the letter regarding Annabella Rockwell, and how she was delivered by her mom through a $300-a-day WOKE deprogrammer, I have not heard anything from Danyel Ezekiel — no devotionals, no articles, and no emails that help bring in income to the ministry. Please let me know whether or not he is all right. In addition to that, I have not heard back about the security code address for Facebook. As I have told Danyel Ezekiel in the past, this is not like him. Now, Danyel Ezekiel is no angel, but he is not going to do anything to hurt the ministry on purpose on his own. Also, he is not going to just stop doing the things he has been doing without letting his father know ahead of time so that his father and the ministry will be prepared for that. That is not in him. That is not his character. Somebody else is leading him to do this because he is more gullible, like his mother and a few other people in the family, and is capable of taking the side of someone else against his father; but to just stop doing work to help the ministry abruptly on his own? No, that is not him. And everybody knows that is not him.

Dear Daniqua Grace, Danae, Danita, Daniel, Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danyel Ezekiel, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

I pray for each one of you to be well by doing well for the glory of God. If you go contrary to the Word of God—the Bible, as some of you have already found out, things will not be well with you in your life, because you know better. So, pray without ceasing, read the Bible regularly, and keep your heart and mind stayed on the Lord.

My Happy Thanksgiving remembrance of you are the times that we watched movies and certain shows together, including movies that were supposed to be Christian movies, even though preaching nearly every day for over seven years has a way of taking the desire to watch movies out of your life. I am not as interested in movies as I used to be. But the movies and shows I remember watching with you the most are: 1. Gone With the Wind, 2. The Crown, 3. Downton Abbey, 4. The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe (the 1st and 2nd movies), 5. The Lord of the Rings, 6. Blue Bloods, 7. Frasier, which I told Daniqua and Danyelle early this morning I was still laughing at Frasier and Eddy. Mark 6:31 says: “And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.” So continue to work hard as you did while growing up, but do not forget to take a little time out to enjoy the life God has given you.

Ecclesiastes 9:7 says: “Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works.”

Thank you, children, for all the precious memories of us watching movies together and certain shows and enduring my hilarious comments and critiques.

My devotional “Text” for today is Mark 11:24: “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

Again, thank you, Daniqua Grace, Danyel Ezekiel, and Danyelle Elizabeth, especially for the tremendous help you gave me in the ministry last night, into the morning, and throughout this day. I give God all the glory and the praise for you.

Dear Danyel Ezekiel, Daniqua Grace, Daniella, Danae, Danita, Daniel, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

My prayer and my hope is that Danni is enjoying a godly and happy birthday and that she has allowed you all to participate in it, and that you all have shown her the proper love and respect for being the great oldest daughter and the great big sister that she has been to me and you down through the years. I love you, Danni, and so do your siblings.

My loving Thanksgiving remembrance is when Danni was born on Thanksgiving day, which was a precursor to many wonderful Thanksgivings to follow, which Danni was always a big part of. The next big day that I thank God for was when Danni, being the first of the seven children, started another tradition by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ on her seventh birthday. Therefore, Danni, may you have a great spiritual Thanksgiving salvation birthday as well as a great Thanksgiving physical birthday. Remember, you got saved on your seventh birthday years ago. No matter how woke the world gets, don’t you ever forget the day you met Jesus Christ when your father had the privilege of leading you to the Lord at the age of seven years old. And when you got saved that day, a couple of tears fell down your little face. This is the day that you should cherish the most, as I have cherished my spiritual birthday more than my physical birthday. You even helped me with that spiritual birthday celebration on December 19th, down through the years when Meriqua Whyte did not want to. So again, Danni, I love you, and happy Thanksgiving physical birthday, and happy Thanksgiving spiritual birthday.

My devotional “Text” is: “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” True Christians can always find a whole lot of things to give God thanks for. Be thankful to God regarding everything that has ever happened in your life, and give Him the glory.

Dear Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danyel Ezekiel, Daniqua Grace, Danae, Danita, Daniel, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

I pray and I trust God that you are doing well because you truly believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and because you love Him back for as He said, “If you love me keep my commandments” for that is the truly blessed life: keeping the commandments of the Lord. And don’t you ever forget it.

My November loving Thanksgiving remembrance of you is, since we did not have a good wife and mother in the home by Meriqua Whyte’s own admission and confession (even though she was in the house) she did not rise to the occasion of being a good wife and mother while you were growing up, and a woman we could depend on and trust to go into the store and buy the groceries in the way that she should and in the way that I told her to do it; therefore, when you children reached the age of accountability starting with Danni, Daniel and Danita, and then Danae, Daniqua, Danyel Ezekiel and Danyelle, from the time we lived in Columbus, Georgia, I thank God you children were willing from that time in Columbus, Georgia, to Irving, Texas to Cleburne, Texas, to Waco, Texas, to Granbury, Texas, to Austin, Texas and to San Antonio, Texas, etc., and even when we traveled to California in what I called the happy Christian music tour and towns in-between, I thank God for you all having the maturity and the trustworthiness and obedience to your father (for the most part) to pick up the needed groceries for the family. Going into the grocery store in most cases two-by-two and rarely just one, including not only Wal-Mart, which was our main store, but Winn-Dixie, Krogers, HEB, the Columbus health food store and the Cleburne health food store, Walgreens, Albertsons, Brookshires, Aldi, and a few times Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. And let’s not forget our old stand-by’s Dollar General and Family Dollar. For those few of you who got the spirit of thievery from your mother and you stole something from one of these stores, may God have mercy on your soul and forgive you of your sins, and now that you have jobs and money, swing by the store and pay them some extra money to cover the popcorn and candy that you ate in the store so that when you got back to the car I would not see you or catch you. Anyway, thank you children for stepping up when your mother did not. And as you know, I told her down through the years, she missed out on a great privilege, blessing, and tension-destroyer, which is going to the grocery store that most women enjoy, and even when coming back from certain places, and I would stop into a store and pick up certain things, I enjoyed it myself. Now, I know since you learned how to do it under my authority and watchful eye, now that you have your own money and freedom to buy what you want to buy, I believe you are enjoying it even more so as I have. And I know that when you go into certain stores like Wal-Mart, HEB, and Dollar General, you remember me as I remember you when I go into these same stores, even to this day. I am writing this letter today because this is the day that we actually start truly gathering what we need for Thanksgiving. I remember the scenes of you children helping me with that to this day. Oh, what precious memories!

By the way, do not feel badly about the fact that we will not be spending Thanksgiving together this year. As I have said before, let’s just be thankful to God and remember all of the wonderful, warm Thanksgivings that we have enjoyed together in the past. Glory be to God! I will never forget seeing Danni and Danita get up early on Thanksgiving morning to go fix the food, and then seeing everybody get up to have our annual Thanksgiving church service and then later eat the food and then relax by enjoying the game or some movie. Glory be to God again!
