THE GUIDED PRAYER (How to Pray and Ask God to Cast Out the Demons Out of Somebody) (15-A) in Conjunction with The Prayer Motivator Minute with Daniel Whyte III–Gospel Light Society International. Daniel Whyte III is President of Gospel Light Society International, Pastor of Gospel Light House of Prayer International “Crying in the Wilderness,” “Exiled on the Isle of Patmos,” and “Preaching the Gospel by any Means Necessary” with a tribute to Daniel Whyte III’s second daughter Daniella (Danni) Whyte who helped produce most of the Prayer Motivator Minute and the Prayer Motivator Devotional podcasts.

What is a Guided Prayer? A Guided Prayer is when an experienced born-again-saved Prayer Warrior guides people to the Throne of Grace by praying for and with other Christians, guiding less experienced Christians in prayer, often times having them pray responsively out loud with one of the purposes being teaching them how to pray based on the Word of God, the Holy Bible, so they can become strong Prayer Warriors and lead their families and other groups in Guided Prayers to actually receive answers to prayer from God in the individual’s life, in their families, and in their churches for the Glory of God.

LETTER #61 of “LETTERS TO MY YOUNG ADULT CHILDREN AND TO A WOKE, DECEIVED AND UNLOVED GENERATION” (Letter 61) by Daniel Whyte III, Author of the National Bestselling Books: LETTERS TO YOUNG BLACK MEN and LETTERS TO YOUNG BLACK WOMEN First written over 30 years ago.

This family portrait of Daniel Whyte III and his wife and 7 children was taken a little over 20 years ago and represents a dividing line between Daniel Whyte III preaching the Gospel around the world in the traditional fashion of travelling and preaching for 24 years at that point, and freezes in time the transition and the beginning of a massive online evangelistic ministry that was co-founded, created, and continued on by his 7 little children that you see in this picture, along with him continuing to preach in the traditional fashion. By the Grace of God, millions have been reached with the Gospel online and thousands have been saved through this one family’s outreach for over 44 years with the help of many others in the ministry along the way. To God be the glory!

LETTER 61

Separate From Woke, Evil People, and Have a Great New Year!

Dear Daniel, Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danyel Ezekiel, Daniqua Grace, Danae, Danita, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia:

I hope you all had a true Godly, Christ-honoring Christmas season and day as I did here. I am not going to say much today since Christmas has passed, and oh! what a wonderful time we had this year in the Lord as well. That is for those of us who truly are born-again-saved and know the Lord because as long as you are not sinning, you will always have joy, peace, and good cheer because you have the Lord and you are being obedient to the Lord. As you make your way to the early days of the New Year, I will leave you with this to contemplate, and that is, if you truly want to have a new year, you will have to SEPARATE from old, woke, evil family members, friends, church members, job mates, and schoolmates — anybody you know who is living an evil and sinful life contrary to God’s Word, and anybody who is trying to convince you to do the same and is trying to take you down with them. Here are two verses that I share with you to read and obey for your good:

2 Corinthians 6:17: “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.”

Ezra 6:21: “The sons of Israel who returned from exile and all those who had separated themselves from the impurity of the nations of the land to join them, to seek the Lord God of Israel, ate the Passover.”

MY END OF YEAR/BEGINNING OF THE YEAR DEVOTIONAL TEXT IS Hebrews 4:16: “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

Resolutions and Redemption

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” — Ephesians 2:8-9

It’s that time of year again! I’m talking about New Year’s resolutions, of course. It’s still December as I’m writing, but I guarantee that by the time you read this, I’ll already be asking myself what possessed me to come up with such grand, unattainable plans for the new year. (It seemed like a good idea at the time). Every year I tell myself it’ll finally be the year I keep all my resolutions. I mean, come on – how hard can it possibly be to finally set aside an hour for exercise each day, to stop consuming so much chocolate and coffee, and to never sleep for less than eight hours again?

Why are New Year’s resolutions so hard to keep? I don’t know, but it’s a lot like another area of life. Let me explain.

Before I became a Christian at the age of 17, I approached my life the same way I often approach New Year’s resolutions. I would try so hard to do the right things but I always ended up falling flat. I convinced myself that as long as I was the “good girl,” I’d be fine, so I tried really hard to live up to certain standards to please everyone, and hopefully God too. The problem, though, is that there’s nothing anyone can do in his or her own power to “earn” God’s favor.

As Ephesians 2:8 says, it’s by God’s grace that we are saved, not because of anything we could ever hope to attain or accomplish. God’s gift of His son Jesus Christ to save us from our sins through His death and resurrection is just that – a gift. Doing all the good, noble things in the world will never earn salvation, and like verse 9 says, nobody could ever think of boasting about such an undeserved gift.

Of course, the desire to do the right things is one result of making Jesus the Lord of your life, but we all continue to mess up because, after all, we are just sinners saved by grace. I still lose sight of it all sometimes and get caught up in the cycle of trying to “out-good” myself and others. This new year, however, in light of any New Year’s resolutions you may have made (or already broken), join me in remembering the assurance of one thing we never have to work to attain: God’s grace.

Intersecting Faith & Life: It’s hard to live up to New Year’s resolutions, but it’s impossible to earn God’s favor through good works or noble aspirations. This year, realize and thank God anew for the gift of His grace and salvation through Jesus.

                                                                                           Anna Kuta

Daniel, Danni, Danyelle Elizabeth, Danyel Ezekiel, Daniqua Grace, Danae, Danita, Danielle Tekeela, Duran, and Kywaizia, I am praying for you all “Without Ceasing,” and I love you very much. Please pray for me as well.

Love God and Jesus Christ first.

Love Papa, second.

Love,

Papa

WATCH! In Light of the Texts Between T.D. Jakes and Manasseh Jordan That Larry Reid of Larry Reid Live has Revealed to the World, Daniel Whyte III Calls Again on T.D. Jakes to RESIGN AS BISHOP OF THE CHURCH IMMEDIATELY…

WATCH! In Light of the Texts Between T.D. Jakes and Manasseh Jordan That Larry Reid of Larry Reid Live has Revealed to the World, Daniel Whyte III Calls Again on T.D. Jakes to RESIGN AS BISHOP OF THE CHURCH IMMEDIATELY, and as Whyte Told the People at Andy Stanley’s Church, North Point Community in Atlanta, and as he told the people at Conway Edwards’ Church, One Community in McKinney, Texas, and as he commended the people of Field Harrison’s church, the Amen Church in Dallas, which is now defunct when they walked out of the church mid-service when he started preaching a pro-sodomy/homosexuality message, and as he has told the Bible-believing Anglicans to separate from Justin Welby’s Canterbury Affirming homosexuality Anglicans, and as he has told the Methodists to separate from the Affirming homosexuality Methodists, and as he is now telling the Catholic priests to separate from the Pope and his abominations, Whyte is Telling the MEN AND WOMEN OF THE POTTER’S HOUSE TO LEAVE T.D. “TAKES” AND THE ABOMINATIONS OF THAT CHURCH AND CEASE GIVING TO THAT ABOMINABLE MINISTRY. Whyte also Tells T.D. Jakes’ son-in-law Toure Roberts, the husband of Sara Jakes to take that petrified look off his face that he has had since he has been in Dallas and “Go” Back “West,” Young Man; return to California and be your own man in God–unless you are into men Grooming Boys and the Abomination of Sodomy/Homosexuality. Now if it is all about the money and comfort for you, then stay. But if it is about the Lord, you need to leave and be your own man in God. Whyte says further he doubts if Sara Jakes wants to stay in this abominable mess, but if she does, and it is about the money and comfort for her, leave her behind because she is really not your wife anyway, and Go back West, young man; Go back West!

Daniel Whyte III also tells Larry Reid he should not have sat on these revelations as long as he did. He should have become a Prophet Nathan to T.D. Jakes and told him, “THOU ART THE MAN” as soon as he heard about it. Whyte tells Reid, as a PROPHET, who, in Whyte’s opinion (and in the opinion of most of Reid’s followers, has the gift of a Prophet more than his mentor Bernard Jordan), Whyte tells Reid that his job is not to help pastors who have sinned against God get out of their mess by hiding what took place or to soften the blow of the revelations that he knew about all along. Reid’s job is to “REBUKE BEFORE ALL THAT OTHERS MAY FEAR” and help clean up the Church in light of the old Black Gospel song “GET RIGHT CHURCH AND LET’S GO HOME.” Whyte warns T.D. Jakes again not to let his people offer Larry Reid any money to have innocent people in the church to accept his abomination or to soften the blow of these revelations. Whyte warns Larry Reid not to take any money from T.D. Jakes directly or from a third party representing T.D. Jakes. If any money is going to be paid out, let it go to the victims and their families. Whyte says quite frankly to Larry Reid, that not only should Manasseh Jordan be made whole, but Manasseh Jordan’s father, Bernard Jordan, ought to be made whole to the tune of a billion dollars for being betrayed by a Judas, fellow Bishop, T.D. Jakes, lusting after and grooming his son. Whyte says this is the worst betrayal in Church history since Judas betrayed Christ. This is worse than the commonplace pastor having sex with another pastor’s wife. We’re talking about a fellow Bishop’s child, here. And evidently a prophet-Bishop Jordan, who prophesied that the Judas Bishop T.D. Jakes would be a great preacher one day. That is unthinkable and almost unforgivable.

Daniel Whyte III tells his children and grand-children to make sure their security systems are in good working order house-wise and car-wise because people in the homosexual-affirming family, the homosexual-affirming church, and the LGBTQQIPF2SSAA+ community, who hate your father will hate you and persecute you and pressure you to turn against your father using money, cars, and houses. Also, he tells his children and grand-children if something happens to him, it will be from his wife’s side of the family or one of the so-called Evangelical-Charismatic homosexual-affirming and women pastor-affirming churches (Whyte has just as many enemies in the Evangelical-Charismatic church because of his stance against women pastors over men in the church if not more as he does enemies who persecute him for standing against the abomination of sodomy/homosexuality. In other words, Whyte says it will not be the secular LGBTQQIPF2SSAA+ group or the government even though he is under surveillance by the government for his stand against the abomination of sodomy/homosexuality in the church and in society and also because of his years of prophecies regarding China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, and other countries and World War III, which is now upon us; it will be the religious crowd that persecutes him, attempts to cancel him or kill him.) Whyte tells his children you might recall a book he wrote some time ago titled How to be Happily Surveilled under another name.

10 POWERFUL BENEFITS OF EXERCISING EVERYDAY

10 POWERFUL BENEFITS OF EXERCISING EVERYDAY

“For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” (I Timothy 4:8)

Regular exercise has been shown to help boost energy levels and enhance your mood. It may also be associated with many other health benefits, including a reduced risk of chronic disease.

Exercise is defined as any movement that makes your muscles work and requires your body to burn calories.

There are many types of physical activity, including swimming, running, and walking, to name a few.

Being active has been shown to have many health benefits, both physically and mentally. It may even help you live longer.

Here are the top 10 ways regular exercise benefits your body and brain.

1. Exercise can make you feel happier

Exercise has been shown to improve your mood and decrease feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress.

The authors of a 2019 review found that 10–30 minutesTrusted Source of exercise is enough to improve your mood.

Exercise may increase brain sensitivityTrusted Source to serotonin and norepinephrine. These hormones relieve feelings of depression. It may also increase the production of endorphins, which help produce positive feelings and reduce the perception of pain.

Stopping to exercise may also affect your mood. A 2017 reviewTrusted Source found that active people who stopped exercising regularly experienced significant increases in symptoms of depression and anxiety, even after only a few weeks.

2. Exercise can help with weight management

Inactivity may play a major factorTrusted Source in weight gain and obesity, which may lead to health complications. Exercise can help you manage your weight by helping with energy expenditure, also known as spending.

Your body spends energy in three ways:

  • digesting food
  • exercising
  • maintaining body functions, like your heartbeat and breathing

A reduced calorie intake may lower your metabolic rate, which can temporarily delay weight loss. However, regular exercise may increaseTrusted Source your metabolic rate. This can burn more calories and help you manage your weight.

Combining aerobic exercise with resistance training may also maximize fat lossTrusted Source and muscle mass maintenance. This could help you manage weight, maintain lean muscle, and reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease.

3. Exercise is good for your muscles and bones

Exercise plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong muscles and bones.

As people age, they tend to lose muscle mass, strength, and function. This leads to an increased risk of injury. Practicing regular physical activity is essential to reducing muscle loss and maintaining strength as you age.

Exercise also helps build bone density. The authors of a 2022 reviewTrusted Source found that regular exercise significantly improved bone density in the lumbar spine, neck, and hip bones. This may help prevent osteoporosis later in life.

Impact exercises like gymnastics, running, or soccer may help promoteTrusted Source higher bone density than no-impact sports like swimming and cycling.

4. Exercise can increase your energy levels

Exercise can help boost your energy levelsTrusted Source while helping to reduce fatigue. This may help as a treatment methodTrusted Source if you have certain health conditions, such as cancer.

Aerobic exercise boosts your cardiovascular system and improves lung health, which may help with energy levels.

Your heart pumps more blood as you move, delivering more oxygen to your working muscles. With regular exercise, your heart becomes more efficientTrusted Source at moving oxygen into your blood.

Over time, exercise results in less demand on your lungs. This is one of the reasons why you may find yourself getting less and less out of breath during exercise, according to the American Lung Association.

5. Exercise can reduce your risk of chronic disease

Regular physical activity is a key factorTrusted Source in reducing your risk of chronic diseases, such as:

6. Exercise can help skin health

Your skin can be affected by the amount of oxidative stress in your body.

Oxidative stress occurs when your body’s antioxidant defenses cannot completely repair the cell damage caused by compounds known as free radicals. This can damage the structure of the cells and negatively impact your skin.

Intense and exhaustive physical activity may contribute to oxidative damage. However, a 2018 reviewTrusted Source suggests that regular moderate exercise may actually help alleviate the stress caused by free radicals.

The authors of a 2021 review concluded that regular exercise may help delay the appearance of skin aging, prevent psoriasis, and improve venous leg ulcers.

7. Exercise can help your brain health and memory

Exercise can improve brain function and protect your memory and thinking skills.

To begin with, exercise increases your heart rate. This promotes the flow of blood and oxygen to your brain. It can also stimulate the production of hormones that enhance the growth of brain cells.

For example, exercise has been shownTrusted Source to cause the hippocampus to grow in size, which may help improve mental function. This is part of the brain that’s vital for memory and learning.

Regular physical activity is important in older adults because it can help slow downTrusted Source the physiological effects of aging in your brain. It may also help reduce changesTrusted Source in the brain that can contribute to conditions like Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

8. Exercise can help with relaxation and sleep quality

Regular exercise can help youTrusted Source relax and sleep better.

It may help improve your sleep quality because the energy loss that occurs during exercise stimulates restorative processesTrusted Source during sleep.

Also, the increase in your body temperature during exercise may help it dropTrusted Source during sleep, which could promote better sleep.

2018 studyTrusted Source conducted over 4 months in people with chronic insomnia found that both stretching and resistance exercise helped improve sleep quality and duration while decreasing the amount of time it takes to fall asleep.

9. Exercise can reduce pain

Chronic pain can be debilitating. For many years, the recommendation for treating chronic pain was rest and inactivity.

However, the authors of a 2021 reviewTrusted Source suggest that aerobic exercise may serve as a natural treatment option to provide pain relief and improve quality of life.

One way that exercise may help prevent or reduce chronic pain is because it increases your pain toleranceTrusted Source over time.

Exercise may also help you control painTrusted Source associated with various health conditions, including:

  • chronic low back pain
  • fibromyalgia
  • chronic soft tissue shoulder disorder
10. Exercise can promote a better sex life

Regular exercise may help improve your sex lifeTrusted Source.

For example, engaging in regular exercise can strengthen your heart, improve blood circulation, tone muscles, and enhance flexibility, all of which may help improve your sex lifeTrusted Source.

2018 reviewTrusted Source of 10 studies found that exercising for at least 160 minutes per week over a 6-month period could help improve erectile function in males.

Another 2018 reviewTrusted Source suggests that regular exercise may help improve sexual satisfaction, arousal, and well-being in females. Regular resistance training may also help increase sex driveTrusted Source.

MARK 6:1-4

And he went out from thence, and came into his own country; and his disciples follow him.

And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?

Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.

But Jesus, said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.

Matthew 10:32-42

32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

36 And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.

37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

2 TIMOTHY 3:1-13

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their’s also was.

10 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.

12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived

  1. EPHESIANS 4:14: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.

HERE IS HOW TO HANDLE A PERILOUS CHRISTMAS IN A PERILOUS TIME:

  1. PRAYERFULLY – LUKE 18:1: And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint
  2. BIBLICALLY – 2 TIMOTHY 2:15: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
  3. SOLIDLY – EPHESIANS 4:14: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
  4. REVERENTLY – MATTHEW 10:28: And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
  5. FAITHFULLY –  I CORINTHIANS 4:2 – Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
  6. ENDURINGLY – 2 TIMOTHY2:3: “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
  7. CHEERFULLY – JOHN 16:33: “These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
